ADR 230 is a low viscosity, clear casting epoxy resin Made in New Zealand.

This Epoxy Resin has a long working time and produces little or no exotherm heat. ADR 230 is used with ADH 230 hardener and sold as a kit (resin+hardener), but individual components may be available for purchase if required.

Deep Castings.

Furniture projects.

Flower arrangement casting because of its low exotherm heat. Delicate items will not be damaged during the curing process.

Used Clear or tinted with pigments.

Decorative castings.

Making paperweights, 3D art resin and figurines.

Hardness score: Shore D 80-85.

Water clear casting resin. The resin component has a slight blue, anti-UV tint that clears when added to the hardener.

Excellent visual properties.

Add a Tap for easy pouring from the large 20kg container VIEW TAP

Mixed ADR 230 Clear Casting Resin can be coloured or tinted with pigments, pastes or tints. ADR 230 can be poured into silicone rubber moulds. Ideal temperature should be between 18-25°C, humidity level below 70%. Surface bubbles can be removed by passing hot air or flame very briefly over surface. If using alcohol inks DO NOT use a flame to remove bubbles. Mixed ADR 230 epoxy resin can be poured in layers. Ideally lightly sand the contact layer to enhance adhesion of layers.
