Application

Shake well before use. Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry and apply hydroflow Sealer to your fully dried casting. Work into the surface with a brush or sponge, do not allow to pool.

Allow 1-2 hours between coats, fully dry in 12-18 hours. We recommend at least three coats for optimum protection. New layers may need to be applied periodically dependant on the casting use and situation.

The acrylic polymer additives are fused into one ground breaking powder. All mechanical properties normally found in a traditional powder and polymer mixture remain the same, giving Aqua Cast excellent cured strength.

Three types of A1 Acrylic Sealer are available: A1 Easy Seal Matt and A1 Easy Seal Gloss, and A1 Easy Seal Satin.
For the most matt result, we recommend that a layer of A1 Easy Seal Gloss is applied first, followed by a layer of A1 Easy Seal Matt.
