Description
A blue shimmer paste is one of the Colour Passion Shimmer range of pastes made in house by Colour Passion colourist to provide that amazing sheen effect with ease. High quality truly intense Epoxy Pigment paste colourants especially formulated for use in epoxy resin. Kymmie Shimmer is named after the owner and developer of the Colour Passion brand.
The pigments are generally opaque, but when used in a smaller amount they can generate different levels of transparency.
Use smaller amounts and add a bit more to build up to the desired tint.
Allow pastes to settle prior to opening the jar as contents maybe on the interior of the lid and always stir prior to use.
